Scope of service
- Facility fit-gap assessment. A structured comparison of the incoming process against the receiving facility across capacity, utilities, materials of construction, environmental classification, cleaning, automation, and documentation.
- Scale-up engineering. Heat and mass balances, critical process parameter definition, equipment sizing (nozzles, dryers, vessels, pumps), and utility demand analysis for the new scale.
- Modifications. Scope, estimate, design, and execution of the equipment and utility changes the gap assessment identifies — see design.
- Process optimization. Throughput, yield, cleaning, and reliability improvements on existing lines: CIP flow-path redesign, dosing accuracy, instrumentation, and spare-parts and maintenance strategy.
- Startup and stabilization. Support through engineering runs, first GMP batches, punch closure, and performance review after handover.
How we work
A transfer engagement starts with the fit-gap assessment, which produces a scored gap list, a modification scope, and an estimate — usually within a few weeks. Modifications are then executed through design, construction, and CQV like any other capital work, and we stay through engineering and demonstration runs until the process is stable. Optimization work follows the same pattern at smaller scale: measure, diagnose, modify, verify.
